We are pleased to release the updated “Resident Resources” guide which is a carefully compiled list of successful vendors, contractors and service personnel that may be of assistance to you and your home here at The Pacific. Residents are welcome to utilize the resources listed and other vendors at your discretion and personal direction, however, please feel free to call upon your exceptional Concierge team to assist you with confirming or creating any appointments on your behalf.
We look forward to any and all Resident feedback pertaining to the vendors on this list and welcome new additions or recommendations for further consideration. As this list will most certainly evolve after this initial publication, the most updated list may be accessed via the VIVO onsite portal or upon request to the Concierge or Management Team at any time.

A Festive Weekend Coming Up!
Residents have the best seat in the house to enjoy another year of the Fillmore Jazz Festival with a quick walk right down the street. Blending art and soul in one of the country’s most unique neighborhoods, the Fillmore Jazz Festival is the largest free Jazz celebration on the West Coast, drawing over 100,000 visitors. From sunup to sundown, visitors can groove to the sounds of live music from multiple stages, browse the offerings of over 12 blocks of fine art and crafts and enjoy gourmet food and beverages. Asian to Cajun, paintings to pottery, old favorites and new directions, the Fillmore Jazz Festival is not to be missed. There will be several street closures in the area and increased street parking restrictions during this time.
We are most excited to announce the launch of The Pacific Membership Survey! The survey which is intended to gather the interest levels of our Residents regarding the expectation of social programming, fitness studio usage and holiday decor was distributed to all Residents within a Surveymonkey.com link on Friday afternoon within the Weekly Management Update. The survey will be open until Thursday, June 21st for all Residents to provide their perspective on the grand lifestyle at The Pacific. Please contact the Management Office to obtain the link address should you require!
As you may recall, we were delighted to announce the restoration of the Valet Services last month to all Residents. As promised, as we continue to add permanent personnel to our team, this schedule will continue to grow.
Below, please find the current enhanced Valet Service Schedule available now:
Sunday & Monday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Tuesday thru Saturday: 6:00am – 10:30pm
Upon Arrival: Simply pull in to white zone located directly outside the main entrance and allow our staff to greet you, assist you with your luggage and park your vehicle in your garage space.
Upon Departure: Please call or text the Concierge Desk 15 minutes prior to requiring your car and the team will be happy to pull up your vehicle in the white zone for you convenience.
