New Resident Resource Guide is Out!

We are pleased to release the updated “Resident Resources” guide which is a carefully compiled list of successful vendors, contractors and service personnel that may be of assistance to you and your home here at The Pacific. Residents are welcome to utilize the resources listed and other vendors at your discretion and personal direction, however, please feel free to call upon your exceptional Concierge team to assist you with confirming or creating any appointments on your behalf.

We look forward to any and all Resident feedback pertaining to the vendors on this list and welcome new additions or recommendations for further consideration. As this list will most certainly evolve after this initial publication, the most updated list may be accessed via the VIVO onsite portal or upon request to the Concierge or Management Team at any time.

Fillmore Jazz Festival----THIS WEEKEND!

A Festive Weekend Coming Up!

Residents have the best seat in the house to enjoy another year of the Fillmore Jazz Festival with a quick walk right down the street. Blending art and soul in one of the country’s most unique neighborhoods, the Fillmore Jazz Festival is the largest free Jazz celebration on the West Coast, drawing over 100,000 visitors. From sunup to sundown, visitors can groove to the sounds of live music from multiple stages, browse the offerings of over 12 blocks of fine art and crafts and enjoy gourmet food and beverages. Asian to Cajun, paintings to pottery, old favorites and new directions, the Fillmore Jazz Festival is not to be missed. There will be several street closures in the area and increased street parking restrictions during this time.

The Pacific Membership Survey!

We are most excited to announce the launch of The Pacific Membership Survey!  The survey which is intended to gather the interest levels of our Residents regarding the expectation of social programming, fitness studio usage and holiday decor was distributed to all Residents within a Surveymonkey.com link on Friday afternoon within the Weekly Management Update.  The survey will be open until Thursday, June 21st for all Residents to provide their perspective on the grand lifestyle at The Pacific.  Please contact the Management Office to obtain the link address should you require!


Enhanced Valet Service Schedule

As you may recall, we were delighted to announce the restoration of the Valet Services last month to all Residents.  As promised, as we continue to add permanent personnel to our team, this schedule will continue to grow.

Below, please find the current enhanced Valet Service Schedule available now:

Sunday & Monday:   6:00am – 2:30pm

Tuesday thru Saturday: 6:00am – 10:30pm

Upon Arrival: Simply pull in to white zone located directly outside the main entrance and allow our staff to greet you, assist you with your luggage and park your vehicle in your garage space.

Upon Departure: Please call or text the Concierge Desk 15 minutes prior to requiring your car and the team will be happy to pull up your vehicle in the white zone for you convenience.

Meet & Greet

Join us in the Grand Lobby to meet The Pacific’s new General Manager, Jessica Roberts! We’ll gather at 6pm on Wednesday, April 18th to enjoy some wine and light snacks, and get a chance to chat with Jessica as she prepares for her first day.


Fitness Center Suggestions

Management is working with the Board to review the gym area to see what types of improvements can be made in the facility to enhance your experience. One item already identified is the need to improve the wireless networks. The routers that are in use are older, and do not have the strength or bandwidth necessary to consistently deliver information to our web-based exercise systems. We are working with Webpass and Action’s IT Department in an effort to increase that speed.

If you are a fitness center user, and have any suggestions for improving our gym, please contact management at sfewell@actionlife.com, I will collect ideas, and present them to the Board of Directors for review, so please do not hesitate to send me your thoughts.


Interim General Manager

Action is pleased to introduce Scott Fewell, Special Projects, as the Interim General Manager for The Pacific.  Scott has a wealth of background in association management, and has helped with transitions in some of the most prestigious buildings in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Marina Del Rey, and San Diego. He is excited to jump in at The Pacific and serve the needs of the residents.  Please stop by and say hello!
