Manager Check In:
What an amazingly productive and fun week it has been here at The Pacific! We celebrated our annual holiday party, and it truly was a wonderful evening. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us. The night was filled with new and familiar faces, delicious food, great company, and fantastic music from the band, which included our very own Lobby Ambassador, Rocky Garcia. It was a perfect night.
For those who could not attend, do not worry, I’m already working on a few additional events for next year, so we won’t have to wait until December 2026 for our next gathering. Events like these remind me how special our community is. When we get together, it genuinely feels like a group of friends enjoying each other’s company.

Christmas Trees:
As we welcome all the incoming Christmas Trees for the festive season, we kindly ask that all Christmas trees brought through the common areas or into individual units be securely tied up and/or covered. This helps us keep our hallways and elevators clean and free of debris.
Plumbing Work Update:
Following up on my notice in last Friday’s weekly update, our plumber from UMI was on-site for most of the day Monday to address the hot water issues occurring throughout the building, primarily on the 3rd through 6th floors. We are pleased to share that by Tuesday, many residents had already reached out to let us know their hot water had returned to normal. Thank you for your patience as we worked to get this resolved.
There are still a couple of units with outstanding issues as we wait for parts to arrive, but we are actively coordinating those repairs. Once completed, we will be able to officially close out the plumbing portion of the Reconstruction Project.
Loading Dock Closure:
In preparation for any upcoming deliveries or loading dock access, please keep in mind that the Loading dock is closed on the following dates this month:
