The Pacific – Manager Check In:
Posted By chobbs on February 18, 2026
Recently, on February 14th, marked my fourth anniversary at The Pacific. It is hard to believe how quickly the time has passed. These past four years have been an incredible journey, and I am truly so happy to be here. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside a dedicated Board of Directors, an exceptional team, and the wonderful residents.
I am excited to continue building on the progress we’ve made, further elevating The Pacific, preserving our five-star reputation, and upholding the luxury standards that define our community. Your support throughout these years has meant more than I can express, and I am sincerely grateful to be part of such an extraordinary place. Here’s to the year ahead, thank you all!
I have a few updates and reminders below:
Happy Valentine’s Day!
This is just a reminder that in celebration of Valentine’s Day tomorrow, we invite you to stop by the front desk to pick up a small, delightful treat. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Engineering Updates:
Next week on Tuesday, the 17th, Our Engineer, Anthony, will be working alongside the San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) to conduct our Annual High-Rise Inspection.
While there may be some activity around the building during the inspection, it should not cause any inconvenience to residents.
Annual Fire Alarm Inspection:
Next month, March 3rd through March 5th, The Pacific will be conducting several mandatory annual tests of the Fire Life Safety System, which will affect all residents.
This annual testing includes both audible and visual checks of the emergency devices throughout the common areas and within individual units, as required by the San Francisco Fire Department. The test also involves a review of the building’s established evacuation procedures.
As part of this process, access to each unit will be needed for a portion of the testing, and audible alarms will be active during each section. This ensures that all alarms are functioning correctly and that every device is alerting as intended. We will send another communication to provide more details and work out unit access.
Inspector of Elections:
The Association is looking for a volunteer to serve as the Inspector of Elections for our upcoming Board of Directors Election on May 20th at 3:00 pm. This role involves counting the ballots to determine the election results. If you’re interested in assisting, please contact me directly. Your support is greatly appreciated!
