Staff Spotlight:

I’d like to take a moment to wish a very happy anniversary to not one, but two of our Lobby Ambassadors who share the same anniversary while celebrating different milestones.

Alonzo Rodgers is celebrating eight years with The Pacific. Over the years, Alonzo has shown a strong commitment to the building and consistently strives to deliver Five-Star service. He shows up each day ready to support both his team and our residents.

Ed’D Johnson is celebrating six years with The Pacific. Ed’D is known for having a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. No task is too big or too small, and Ed’D approaches each day with a smile and a commitment to excellence.

We are truly fortunate to have both of them as part of our team. Their longevity also speaks volumes about the sense of appreciation and community here at The Pacific, something many of our team members consistently recognize and value.

On a personal note, thank you to our residents for continuing to support and appreciate our team, it truly makes a difference.

Congratulations again to Alonzo and Ed’D, and happy anniversary to you both!

Fitness Studio Closure Notice:

Please be advised that the Fitness Studio will be closed on Wednesday, April 22nd from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Union Door will be on-site to complete repairs and modifications to both Yoga Terrace doors.

If the work is completed ahead of schedule, we will send an additional email to notify everyone once the Fitness Studio has reopened. We appreciate your understanding.

Window Washing Update:

Our window washing team has been hard at work this week, getting our spring schedule back on track. They have now reached the north side of the building closest to the courtyard.

For residents with triplex patios, if you would like a tarp placed over your patio to help prevent any drips while work next week is underway, please feel free to reach out to the front desk team, and we will be happy to coordinate this for you.

Annual Meeting Reminder:

We are beginning to receive ballots for the upcoming Board of Directors Election. It’s great to see such strong participation!

As a reminder, a ballot box has been placed at the front desk in the Grand Lobby for your convenience. You may submit your ballot there directly. If you choose to mail your ballot to the property, we will ensure it is placed securely in the ballot box on your behalf.

The Annual Meeting of the Membership and Board of Directors Election is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20th at 3:00 PM. Please note that all ballots must be received prior to the start of the meeting in order to be counted.

We kindly encourage everyone to submit their ballots to help us achieve a quorum. Thank you in advance for your participation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
