I’d like to start this weekly update by wishing Jeffrey Bella a very Happy Anniversary! This week marks 9 years since Jeff first joined The Pacific team.

Over the years, Jeff has become an invaluable part of our community. Not only does he help oversee the Lobby Ambassador team and ensure our front-of-house operations run smoothly, but he also manages countless responsibilities behind the scenes that many residents may never see. One of those responsibilities is coordinating and managing the team schedules, a task that is truly an art form in itself and requires an incredible amount of planning, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Beyond his daily responsibilities, Jeff is always willing to step in wherever needed, support his teammates, and help ensure that both residents and staff have a positive experience at The Pacific. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have played a significant role in the success of our community and my peace of mind!

Jeff, thank you for everything you do for The Pacific. Your hard work and contributions do not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of our team. Please join me in congratulating Jeff on this wonderful milestone and wishing him a very Happy 9-Year Anniversary!

Please take a moment to review the right-hand side of your Resident Portal dashboard. If you see an Action Required alert, we kindly ask that you submit the requested information at your earliest convenience.

Pursuant to California Civil Code §4041, the Association is required to annually request that property owners confirm or update their mailing address information. To complete this requirement, simply click the “Update” button within the alert and verify that your information is current.

Summer Travel Reminder:

With summer travel season upon us, we kindly ask that you notify the Front Desk if you plan to be away from The Pacific for an extended period. Having this information allows our team to better assist in the event of an emergency and helps us be aware of any unusual activity involving your unit while you are away.

If you have any special instructions during your absence, such as authorized guests, package handling preferences, or emergency contacts, please update that in your Resident Portal or provide them directly to the Front Desk team. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable summer travel season!
