The Pacific – Manager Check In
Access Control System Upgrade – Complete!:
We’re happy to share that our access control vendor, Sabah International, was onsite to complete the access control system upgrade. Despite a few hiccups along the way, the upgrade is now complete, and all common-area doors are fully operational!
Your current access fob will continue to work as usual, so there is no need to have it reprogrammed.
If you experience any issues with the newly upgraded system, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly so we can address them.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we worked through this process. We know the Sacramento Street hill is truly a doozy, and many of us got far more steps in than we bargained for while the doors were out of service!
We’re happy to have everything back up and running normally, and we sincerely appreciate everyone’s flexibility and patience throughout the upgrade!
🌟 Staff Spotlight: Christian Mitchell:
I’d like to take a moment to recognize our overnight Lobby Ambassador, Christian Mitchell, for the outstanding care and attention he brings to his role.
I’ve heard several wonderful examples of Christian going above and beyond to assist our Residents, from making sure vehicle doors are properly closed and unit doors aren’t left ajar to ensuring that any issues that arise overnight are promptly addressed.
Knowing Christian is on duty gives me great peace of mind because I truly trust that The Pacific is in good hands. His attentiveness, dependability, and genuine willingness to help make a meaningful difference in our community.
Thank you, Christian, for all that you do and for always having an “Always Willing to Assist” attitude! We’re lucky to have you on our team!
Generator Annual Load Bank Test:
This week, our vendor, CD & Power, completed the annual load bank test on our building’s emergency generator. This test is performed each year to verify that the generator can handle the electrical load needed to power the building’s common areas during a power outage.
We understand it was a bit of an inconvenience having the generator sounds and smells as the generator ran for an extended period. This ensures our building’s essential systems remain ready when needed!
Fall Window Washing Cycle:
Due to an unexpected equipment issue, we have arranged for a rental swing stage. This way, we can move forward with our Fall window washing cycle, beginning Monday, October 26th.
An updated schedule is attached to the bottom of this email for your reference. If any items on your patio need to be relocated to accommodate the window washing, we will contact you directly to coordinate. We are working to get our window washing back on track!
