Enhanced Valet Service Schedule

As you may recall, we were delighted to announce the restoration of the Valet Services last month to all Residents.  As promised, as we continue to add permanent personnel to our team, this schedule will continue to grow. Below, please find the current enhanced Valet Service Schedule available now:

Sunday & Monday:   6:00am – 2:30pm

Tuesday thru Saturday: 6:00am – 10:30pm

Upon Arrival: Simply pull in to white zone located directly outside the main entrance and allow our staff to greet you, assist you with your luggage and park your vehicle in your garage space. Upon Departure: Please call or text the Concierge Desk 15 minutes prior to requiring your car and the team will be happy to pull up your vehicle in the white zone for you convenience. Meet & Greet

Join us in the Grand Lobby to meet The Pacific’s new General Manager, Jessica Roberts! We’ll gather at 6pm on Wednesday, April 18th to enjoy some wine and light snacks, and get a chance to chat with Jessica as she prepares for her first day.
