I’ve included a few updates and reminders for you below:
Reconstruction Project Water Shut Off Update:
Recon360 and Aquatek have completed the necessary water shut-offs to install the new circuit setters.
Circuit setters are special valves in plumbing and HVAC systems that help regulate how much water flows through the pipes. They keep the system running smoothly and efficiently. These valves are carefully calibrated to balance water pressure and flow, especially important in larger, more complex buildings like ours.
We know water shut-offs are inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while this important work was completed.
As a reminder, if you haven’t already, please run the water in your unit for a few minutes to allow everything to return to normal. If you’re not home and would like us to assist, Carter or Anthony would be happy to pop into your unit and run the water for you.
Battery Recycling:
Have batteries that need recycling? Simply drop them off at the front desk, and we’ll take care of the rest! We partner with Recology to make sure they’re properly recycled, so it’s an easy and eco-friendly way to clear out those extras from your drawers.
Observation Lounge Reminder:
As a friendly reminder, The Pacific maintains a strict no-smoking policy across all areas of the property. This includes the Observation Lounge, where smoking of any kind is not permitted.
Please also note that vaping falls under this policy and is likewise prohibited throughout The Pacific. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy and enjoyable environment for all residents.
Door Fob Readers (Tower):
If you happen to see your fob reader flash yellow before turning green when unlocking your front door, it is just a sign that the batteries are running low. Please let a member of our team know at your convenience, and we will take care of it, so your entry remains smooth and hassle-free.

It’s been a productive week here at The Pacific! We’ve made solid progress with the Reconstruction Project, stucco repairs and staining at the Rowhomes are wrapping up, and scaffolding is expected to be removed shortly. We also conducted gutter cleaning of all 10 rowhomes.
Thank you once again for coordinating with Carter to assist Recon 360 in providing unit access for the interior window inspections. The team is still working on these interior inspections.
Window Washing:
Our window washing team has now reached the Webster Street side of the building and is continuing through the cycle. For those facing Webster Street, please take any necessary privacy precautions, as the team will begin work in your area on Monday. We’ve experienced a few delays during this project, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work to bring it to completion.
Resident Portal Reminder:
Please take a moment to sign into the resident portal and confirm that your mailing address is up to date. We are required to verify this information annually for each member.
If you experience any issues accessing the portal or updating your information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. I’m happy to assist.
Please pay special attention to the following sections:
Guest List
Review and update the list of individuals authorized to access your unit. Keeping this information current helps our front desk team manage access efficiently and ensures only approved guests are allowed entry.
Instructions & Notes
Ensure that any special instructions or notes you’ve provided are still accurate and relevant.
Both sections can be found under the “My Home” tab in your resident portal account.
Evacuation Assistance List Update:
The San Francisco Fire Department requires us to maintain an up-to-date list of individuals who may need assistance during an evacuation or emergency. This is a confidential list.
If you or a member of your household has a disability, whether temporary or permanent, or any condition that could make evacuation or relocation difficult, we strongly encourage you to request to be added to this list.
All information provided will be used solely for emergency preparedness and will remain strictly confidential.
If you qualify, please contact me directly with the following details:
- Name
- Unit Number
- Type of Assistance Needed

I’m excited to share some very good news with you all…
Earlier this week, we had a surprise visit from Action Property Management’s Executive Team, and we’re thrilled to share some exciting news:
The Pacific has won two major awards this year within Action Property Management:
Overall Building of the Year
Hospitality Building of the Year
As you may recall, last year we earned second place for Hospitality Building of the Year, so this is a huge milestone. It is the first time The Pacific has taken home not just one, but two top honors!
This achievement speaks volumes about the dedication, professionalism, and daily effort of our team. Every member plays a critical role in upholding the five-star standard we strive for, and I could not be prouder of what we’ve accomplished together. I’ve included a photo of the awards attached to the bottom of this email; they will also be showcased in the lobby for your viewing.
Please find a few updates and reminders for you below:
Reconstruction Project Update:
The team has officially removed the exterior scaffolding from the Sacramento Street side of the building. Next steps will be for scaffolding to be installed on the Row Homes for that portion of the exterior inspections. We will notify affected residents in advance of the setup.
Toward the end of July, we will begin coordinating access to all units so that Recon360 can inspect and service the interior window mechanisms and hardware as part of the ongoing reconstruction effort.
In addition, work is underway on the courtyard stairs to properly seal the area and address any rust issues.
We appreciate your continued cooperation and understanding as we move forward with our Reconstruction Project. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Window Responsibility CC&R amendment:
We’ve confirmed that the official ballot counting for the Window Responsibility CC&R Amendment will take place on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 11:30 AM via Zoom.
Zoom details will be shared closer to the ballot counting date.
Front Desk Contact: In case you weren’t aware, we have a front desk cell phone available for calls and texts if that form of communication is more convenient for you. For your reference, the number is (415) 305-0331
