Thank you to all Staff and Residents for participating in a supplementary Emergency Evacuation Drill this week. We hope the exercise allowed each and every participant to become more familiar with the emergency exits and routes needed should we ever experience an emergency situation at The Pacific. If you were not able to attend or have questions, please let us know by emailing thepacificfrontdesk@actionlife.com and we would be delighted to be of assistance!
Did you know that California Civil Code and Corporations Code allow for disclosures and documents to be delivered electronically to any member who has agreed to that method of delivery? If you wish to begin receiving Association documents electronically, there are is a efficent way to elect this delivery method via the Resident Portal!
Resident Portal– Once you logon to the Resident Portal, it will automatically take you to the Dashboard. Scroll down until you view the “Property Information” data on the right-hand side. Within this section there is a row labeled “Consent for Email Distribution.” Click on the yellow pencil adjacent to this row to edit your preference.
Electronic delivery of Association documents not only saves you filing cabinet room, it reduces the Association’s use on environmental precious resources (trees) and thus reduces the Association’s expense for postage, copy and labor for hard copy mailings!

Here at The Pacific, the health and welfare of all Residents, Staff, and Visitors is our top priority, especially during these unprecedented times. In accordance with state and local mandates, The Pacific is adhering to all ordinances and requiring all who access the property wear face coverings within the common elements.
The hallways, lobby, elevator, parking garages, etc., are all part of the common elements at The Pacific shared with fellow Residents and utilized by Staff. For the benefit of everyone at The Pacific, all individuals utilizing or traveling through these shared spaces should be wearing a mask/face covering at all times. As we have learned through the various reports provided by the CDC and other medical experts, there may be individuals who could carry the virus but be asymptomatic making the use of face masks vital to avoid inadvertently spreading the virus to others.
